Viktor Frankl said "When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves." I find building healthy client/therapist relationships very satisfying. I enjoy working with clients who are open to growth. I am the mother of 3 young adult daughters. I am active in my profession by serving on the Board of Directors as President for 2018-19 as well as 3 prior terms as Western District Chair, for The Licensed Professional Counselors Association of GA (LPCA-GA). I am Certified as a Clinical Supervisor by LPCA-GA. I work with all sorts of populations, but I particularly feel that my strengths lie in working with young adults, adults, women, teens, pre-teens, parenting issues, anxiety, substance abuse, trauma and anyone going through a challenging life transition or existential crisis. I am Certified as a Clinical Trauma Professional through IATP. More details available on my website. I love being a Psychotherapist because I have the honor of hearing my clients stories. Each day I learn something new from clients and I hope that they are learning from me as well. Every day I am amazed at the strength and courage my clients have shown in their lives and I am honored at being invited into those stories and asked for guidance and clarity. Roxana Urbina
I’m a first-generation daughter who grew up learning to navigate life’s biggest transitions without a guidebook. From a young age, I was fiercely independent, facing adversity head-on and figuring things out as I went. That experience taught me the deep value of healing, and it shaped my belief that no one should have to struggle alone. I know what it feels like to be lost in the process of change when the road ahead is unclear and support feels out of reach. That’s why I’m passionate about being a therapist. I see the courage it takes to reach out, and I honor the resilience that lives in every person I meet. My work is rooted in creating a space where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to find their way forward, no matter where they’re starting from.
Katie Colton (Sol Health)
Hi! My name is Katie (she/her), and I’m excited to work together. My goal is to help you feel safe, comfortable, and free to open up at your own pace. I believe our experiences—past and present—shape the way we think, feel, and move through life. By exploring and validating your thoughts and emotions, we can start to untangle patterns, make sense of what feels overwhelming, and work toward healing. I’m here to support you whether you’re navigating depression, anxiety, grief, body dysmorphia, sexual and gender identity issues, relationship/work stress, and/or chronic illness. Finding the right words to express what you’re feeling isn’t always easy, and that’s okay. Sessions are tailored to what feels right for you. We’ll draw from psychodynamic, somatic, creative arts, and other trauma-informed approaches. Empathy, warmth, and humor are central to my practice, creating a space where you can explore and grow. Currently, I’m an MSW student at Yeshiva University in New York City and hold an MA in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University. I look forward to meeting you! -- Katie Colton is a therapist-in-training at Sol Health. Sol Health is a digital health startup that offers $30 therapy to Gen Zs by connecting them with therapists-in-training accruing clinical hours.

Joseph Hopper
Do you feel misunderstood and stuck in your head? Do you feel a desire for change but are lacking direction? Maybe you feel stuck in a relationship, a job, or a state of mind that has left you feeling unsatisfied, anxious, or depressed. As a clinician, I believe that my role is to create a completely non-judgmental space for you to process and grow. The more we can be vulnerable in expressing our true (and sometimes messy) selves, the closer we get to living fully, authentically, and with a sense of ease. I approach every session with an open mind, and a deep sense of compassion for your unique story. I am transparent, collaborative, and am a valuable resource for you on your path towards meaningful change, peace of mind, and personal empowerment. I work with clients ages 18+ who are experiencing ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, substance misuse, are having existential questions or are stuck in building their identity; who are in the middle of a stressful life transition, are having family issues, issues in work and/or school, difficulty with self-esteem or social skills, grief, or loss of a relationship.

Meg Wilson
I specialize in working with queer and neurodivergent clients, including those with no formal diagnosis, particularly autistic people, individuals with ADHD, and couples with mixed neurotypes. I am interested in exploring embodiment, somatic interventions, expressive arts, and pleasure activism with clients. I work with a variety of needs, such as navigating non-traditional relationship structures, anxiety, depression, self-actualization, low desire, identity development, and dysphoria, and the way grief can interplay with these needs. I facilitate these explorations through a humanistic, feminist, and systems-oriented lens. My area of focus is trauma-informed sex therapy. I hope to support clients as they defang shame and center joy and pleasure in their lives. I have four years of experience working with survivors of sexual trauma and a lifetime of working with queer people; in addition, I am kink-aware, polyamory-positive and -informed, pro-sex work, and organizer-friendly.
