Seity, LLC
Seity, LLC provides counseling and supervision as a telehealth group practice based in Longmont, Colorado. Seity comes from Latin roots and means ‘to see oneself.’ We are dedicated to helping you see yourself more clearly, both in your individuality and how you fit into your community. Jessica: You are worthy as you are – an imperfect human who is willing to open your heart for your own health and wellbeing. I don't believe there is such a thing as being "fully healed," because that suggests it's possible for you to be broken. There are, however, always new pieces of yourself to discover and you don’t have to do this alone. I believe that where there is willingness, there is hope. I have a deep passion for the natural world and believe humans can be physically and emotionally healthier when they’re connected to the environment. My approach can incorporate traditional psychotherapy with nature-based interventions. I value creating a safe space for you to explore your emotions and can guide and support you through life’s challenges. Alesia: Being of service and offering a compassionate and empathetic ear is what I was put on this Earth to do. As we move toward accepting our reality, finding our dreams, and growing into the healthiest version of ourselves, we can learn to find our basic values and develop our self-worth, dignity, and purpose. I believe you have the capacity for awareness and joy. I aim to facilitate a safe place for you to begin self-exploration so that you may identify your own strengths and take tangible steps toward your goals. I approach the therapeutic relationship as an opportunity to not only listen and understand your experience but also to share information with you that is relevant and meaningful. Whether you need support for yourself or your family, I'm here.

I work with trauma-survivors to provide a loving, healing, safe space where you can process your experiences, be seen & supported around what happened, gain important knowledge or insight around how this experience may be affecting you, and learn new ways to cope with the losses you incurred. As a client-led therapist, you are always in control of the work we are doing together in therapy. I have an array of interventions and tools that we can work with, from working with the mind (ie. CBT), the body (ie. Brainspotting), or through looking at the macro (society) and micro (internal family systems) systems that are affecting you or preventing you from living your best life. My goal is to make the therapy room safe, loving, and open so you can have the space to self-reflect and make conscious choices of how to move towards healthier living. You’re carrying a lot right now. Maybe it feels like everything is too much, or maybe you just can’t quite name what feels off, only that something isn’t working the way it used to. You might be standing at a crossroads, unsure which way to go, or trying to move forward while feeling stuck in place. That uncertainty can be exhausting. Therapy is a place where you don’t have to have it all figured out. You don’t have to show up with a plan, just a willingness to begin. Together, we’ll slow things down to explore what’s weighing on you, uncover what matters most, and find a way to move forward. I offer individual therapy for folks who are navigating difficult life transitions, exploring their identity, processing complex trauma, or just curious about how their lived experiences shape how they move through the world.

Change is hard! Staying stuck is harder. Psychotherapy can help you get back to feeling good about yourself, your relationships, or gain clarity about your life goals. We all struggle sometimes with life’s challenges, and we learn to handle them in many ways. If we’re lucky, we find helpful coping strategies, but sometimes what we’ve learned to do to manage stress stops working for us. Usually, that is the time when people decide to try therapy: when they are unable to find their way out of rigid patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving, knowing that there is something better out there but not knowing how to find it! I am a clinical psychologist and psychoanalyst in the state of Colorado, and I am also licensed in Idaho. I completed my pre-doctoral internship and my post-doctoral fellowship at the Wardenburg Health Center at the University of Colorado. Through that time I came to love working with college students. College is a time of major transitions where you get to practice independence while still being somewhat dependent. This "in-between" place can be exciting and challenging. Helping students as they strive to separate from their families of origin and come into their own is one of my favorite parts about being a therapist.
Tuttle Psychology
I work with college students who are feeling emotionally exhausted, stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what comes next. Many of my clients are navigating academic and relationship stress, identity exploration, life transitions, or broader mental health concerns. They’re often tired of feeling tired and are ready to start creating change, even if they’re not sure exactly what needs to shift. I see my clients as the experts on their own lives, and I value collaboration, transparency, and ongoing feedback throughout the therapeutic process. Together, we’ll explore what truly matters to you and build practical tools to help you move toward a life that feels more meaningful and aligned with your values. If you’re curious about working together, I invite you to schedule a consult call with me through my website! On our call, you can ask me any questions you may have, we'll talk a bit about your current stressors and goals for therapy, and will help us assess if we’re a good fit. I hope to hear from you!
Will Siu, MD, DPhil
Will Siu MD, DPhil, is an Oxford and Harvard educated psychiatrist working at the interface of medicine, mysticism, and transformation. Shaped by his own healing journey, his work focuses on trauma, resilience and the deeper dimensions of human evolution — drawing on somatic therapy and integrative approaches that conventional psychiatry rarely reaches. Treatment Philosophy: Healing is a relational, transformational, and deeply human process. While medications can play an important role at certain moments, I’ve found that lasting change emerges through psychotherapy and through reconnecting people with their own capacity for awareness, vitality, and agency. My early training included classical psychotherapy, and over the years I’ve integrated it with insights from Eastern philosophies, contemplative practices, somatic work, and modern trauma science. I also support spiritual and meditative practices for those who are drawn to them, and I draw from my experience in psychedelic-assisted therapy when it aligns with a person’s readiness and goals (though I do not provide psychedelic sessions). Although I do prescribe medication, most of the people I work with are not on psychiatric drugs. When medications are used, I view them as temporary supports rather than long-term solutions, and I remain attentive to reducing or discontinuing them when life becomes manageable without them. At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship—an authentic, attuned space where people can safely explore their inner world, integrate their history, and reconnect with their inherent aliveness. My role is to help people access their own inner healer—the part of them that knows how to grow, repair, and transform when given the right conditions. Ultimately, the aim of treatment is freedom: to live with greater clarity, creativity, connection, and self-trust.
