Many of the students we work with are high achievers who look like they have it together on the outside but feel stressed, anxious, or stuck on the inside. Others are dealing with homesickness, a breakup, conflict with roommates or family, or just feeling lonely in a place full of people.
At Reflections, you'll find a warm, judgment-free space to talk things through at your own pace. We focus on practical tools you can use right away, plus the deeper support that helps real change stick. We offer in-person sessions in Cumming, Georgia, and telehealth across Georgia, Florida, Colorado, Utah and California, so it's easy to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
